announced the addition of market leading 3G mobile packet-network probing solutions
for Lawful Interception. The HINTON® Lawful Interception product line provides
passive and network independent monitoring of PSTN, GSM, CDMA, and now 3G Mobile,
which run across packet based networks.

The HINTON combines passive probing technology with advanced signal, voice and data

The 3GPP/3GPP2 network interfaces give access to both the IP signalling data and ATM
based call content whether that be voice, SMS, fax or data and complements the
existing support for both fixed and second-generation mobile networks. HINTON
products provide standards (ETSI/CALEA/SORM) compliant probe systems for Lawful
Interception; with a single probe system and common API able to support monitoring
of a range of network architectures to suit specific requirements.

3G enabled HINTON Lawful Interception deployments are already fully installed and
operational with law enforcement agencies.
